                                        自死敵傅穎（Theresa）舉白旗自動求去後，鄧麗欣（Stephy）在金牌大風「獨霸天下」，日前更風騷拍住緋聞男友方力申拍廣告，而昔日好姊妹楊愛瑾（Miki）不甘長年屈居人後，率先打爛金牌飯碗重歸舊公司懷抱，近日更頻頻跑步keep fit備戰，意圖從後趕上，單挑Stephy！
                                                                                        Miki雖然身為Cookies一分子，卻一直不獲金牌器重，從未出過個人專輯的她，一直屈居在Stephy、Theresa和吳雨霏之後，近兩年更被投閒置散，幾乎在娛樂圈「人間蒸發」，加上近年Miki和永安太子郭永淳傳緋聞，負面新聞一籮籮，令Miki更加收埋自己，以靜制動。
                                                                                                                                                    謹慎控制飲食                直至早前Miki與金牌合約屆滿後，她決定重歸舊公司StarzPeople懷抱，近日頻頻出席活動重新出發，更在Blog上自言「生活得好充實」；日前Miki身穿運動服在尖沙咀海旁單拖跑步，懶理旁人注視，期間靠着欄杆拉筋又壓腿，足足跑了30分鐘才停下休息，難怪身形和狀態愈來愈fit！
                                                                                                                                                                    運動後，Miki披了圍巾漫步超市，細心揀選生果、蔬菜等低熱量食物，還選了一個木瓜，結果不慎在彎身時露出小蠻腰。之後，Miki又到隔籬麵包店買麵包，不過最後只買了一支鮮橙汁，之後再走入朱古力店，但只睇唔買，十分忍得口。

              [/td]                                            [/tr][tr]                                          [/tr]                [/table]                                                                                                                                                    側田摸頭打氣                當Miki離開商場時，在門口偶遇舊公司好友側田，Miki見到側田時表現開心，據知他們關係友好，側田可說是Miki和緋聞男友郭永淳的媒人，側田亦一直視Miki如親妹，兩人傾談了一會，側田臨走時還輕撫她的頭示意為她打氣，當記者上前拍照時，兩人即作鳥獸散，Miki還急步上的士離去，似不欲修身成果率先曝光。
