                                        「2009亞洲小姐競選」候選佳麗(2)王希瑤本在ほ曉燕退選後形勢大好，但首次現身的台灣賽區佳麗(18)劉伊心挾多個名銜強勢入侵，揚言自己真材實料，暗踩被傳整容的王希瑤一腳，真係冇面！港澳賽區大熱門ほ曉燕因家人及學校反對，無奈退選，將亞姐頂頭大熱之位拱手相讓給被指整容的王希瑤，自此王希瑤面對傳媒時總一臉風騷，試過被記者質問是否曾整過容時，她反問記者她靚不靚，只是，隨着台灣賽區及內地賽區佳麗現身，王希瑤大熱地位備受動搖。
                                                                                                                        「台灣幫」來勢洶洶                昨日四位台灣賽區的佳麗首次現身，聯同八位港澳賽區佳麗穿上旗袍會見傳媒，四位「台灣幫」佳麗與港澳佳麗相比毫不輸蝕，當中以選美「資歷」雄厚的劉伊心最為來勢洶洶，外貌、身材也足以代替已退選的ほ曉燕，成王希瑤的頭號勁敵！

              [/td]                                            [/tr][tr]                                          [/tr]                [/table]                                                                                                                                                                    24歲的劉伊心受訪時談吐淡定，毫不怯場，但她與自稱由台灣回港參選的王希瑤雖沒甚交流，但她仍「先發制人」，當記者問劉伊心覺得自己有何優勝之處時，她信心爆棚的說：「我身材均勻，有好的比例。」對記者指王希瑤的上圍「變幻莫測」疑似整形，劉伊心則「以退為進」說：「NudeBra的功效很厲害，我一定會用。」至於盛傳王希瑤整容？她暗踩道：「不知道，沒有注意。（你呢？）沒有，我是真的！」

              [/td]                                            [/tr][tr]                                          [/tr]                [/table]                                                                                                                                                    獲獎無數是非不少                劉伊心雖然獲獎無數，亦有負面新聞，07年12月她代表台灣參加到大陸競選「國際比堅尼小姐選美大賽」時，傳過陪酒醜聞，但她返台後反投訴，大會幾乎每晚帶她們到夜店的包廂「敬酒」，還試過在包廂內坐男人大腿上被捏屁股。
                                                                                                                                                                    勁敵當前，患上氣管炎抱病上陣的王希瑤仍非常識做，表示如要泳裝上陣出席活動也會盡量配合，她談到來頭不小的新勁敵劉伊心：「佢哋（台灣佳麗）好靚。（劉伊心係你勁敵？）有競爭先會有進步嘅，我會盡量做好自己，做到最好。」至於另一台灣佳麗(17)許嘉慧則貌似台灣女星林依晨，她笑言：「我也很喜歡她那鄰家女孩的氣質！」
