中三生偷同學20手機

一名中三男生聲稱為討好新結識的女生，趁同學上體育課時盜去20部手機與一個錢包，他昨承認21項盜竊罪名，還押至本月28日判刑，其間索閱感化、社會服務令    、更生中心、勞教中心、教導所與青少年罪犯評審委員會報告。

求情稱為討好新結識女生

16歲黃姓被告就讀於天水圍    佛教茂峰法師紀念中學，辯方求情時指出，被告新結識一名女生，為滿足女方的物慾而犯案，請求輕判。

案情透露，上月11日，該校一班中三學生上體育課前收集20部手機，再鎖進班房一個櫃內，但回到課室後發現所有手機和一名同學的錢包均不翼而飛，遂向教師報告。

校方翻看閉路電視片段，發現被告偷取涉案物品後將之藏於走廊消防喉旁，他在警誡下承認因一時貪心而偷取總值3.6萬元的物品。
